Lateral Pharma has been granted a composition of matter patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for LAT9997, our next-generation LanCL-targeting therapeutic for the treatment of neuropathic pain.
This important milestone strengthens our intellectual property portfolio and supports the long-term commercial potential of our pipeline. LAT9997 builds on the strong clinical and preclinical validation established with earlier LAT compounds and underpins our strategy as the program advances toward future clinical development.
